| Training went well yesterday, I will probably do 4 more with her. Exercise makes me feel good but I have been feeling kind of weird lately otherwise (dizziness sometimes, but not pregnant... checked that one).

Went to the Dr. today to see what was going on with some of my symptoms... turns out I have an ear infection. Probably a general sinus infection considering the headaches the last couple days but I wasn't expecting that, I'm not stuffy, ear hasn't been hurting constantly or anything. I guess I had a couple twinges of ear pain but I didn't think much of it. More antibiotics! Earlier in the month I was taking Cipro for a UTI. She said they don't kill the same bacteria as the bacteria that tend to cause ear infections...
Well hopefully I'll be in top form in a couple days for more workouts! I'm sore today and tired as hell.

| I had my period so I don't think the jump was quite that fast, but yay! I saw my trainer Saturday, supposed to see her again today for our last paid session.

| It was good, I was still a bit sore from a couple days ago but I can already see an improvement. Still a long way to go, it's so easy to get out of shape. We used the jump rope a lot and did some pilates moves for abs (oh man, my abs are WEAK). I'll see her again this weekend and/or next Wednesday... I only have 4 sessions total. She's expensive. I don't think I really NEED a trainer at this point, I would get more out of it already being in shape, but it does get me going when I otherwise wouldn't.
